TOMÁS TRESCHANSKI

EXECUTIVE CHEF & OWNER

Tomás studied abroad and worked in various kitchens in Europe. His international training translates into a culinary palette in which local products coexist with techniques and inspirations collected by the chef in his experiences around the world. 

The Chef worked in the kitchens of award-winning restaurants such as Azurmendi, Barrafina, Frantzén, 108 and Boragó before returning to Argentina to develop his own place.

TRESCHA is the representation of the mind of Tomás Treschanski at the age of 25. In more than one sense it is a bit like Stockholm, Larrabetzua, Vitacura, Copenhagen; in the meters that each plate does from the stove to the bar there are kilometers and kilometers of crossing.

What type of menu do you offer?

Counter Experience: a 14-course tasting menu.

Dinner lasts approximately 2.30 hours.

Afterwards, we offer our guests the option to continue the experience in our Cocktail Bar or on our Patio.

Can the menu be accommodated for restrictions and/or allergies?

We do not offer vegan or lactose-free options. However, we can adapt much of our menu to accommodate vegetarian or gluten-free needs. It is important to note that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Additionally, adapting the dishes may involve a variation in the number of courses, depending on the menu available at that time.

Does Trescha accept Walk-Ins?

At the moment, we do not accept walk-ins. Reservations only.

Is there a dress code?

No, there is no dress code.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all payment methods.

What days are you open?

We are open from Wednesdays to Saturdays. We offer two seatings at 7:00 PM and 10:15 PM.

Can you bring children?

To ensure an equally enjoyable evening for all our diners, we welcome children from 12 years onwards.

How do I make a reservation?

For reservations of up to four guests, we use the Meitre system, which you can access from our website (https://trescharestaurant.com) or from our Instagram profile (@trescharestaurant). For groups of five and above, reservations can only be made via email.
