At TRESCHA we offer a menu, guided by the Argentinean product and sustained by constant research. Argentina is a vast, diverse and complex country. From the south to the north, from the sea to the mountains, flavours change with geography, customs and climate. This richness is reflected in every step of the menu.
Our cuisine is based on local produce, but is projected towards other territories: recipes from different parts of the world, travel techniques, flavours that have left their mark on us, cultures we admire. What we serve in each dish is the result of these connections: a personal reading, free and in movement, which takes elements of the traditional and combines them with our own ways of imagining and cooking. The menu evolves all the time, depending on the season, what we explore in our test kitchen and our work with more than 350 producers in the country.
