Our cellar has more than 650 labels, including wines, aging beers, ciders, and rarities, and is constantly evolving in dialogue with the kitchen. The bar offers author cocktails, with spirits from around the world, ferments, homemade liqueurs, and macerations designed together with the kitchen team. Drinks also tell stories.
