Chef Tomás Treschanski, trained in some of the world’s most influential kitchens — Frantzén, Azurmendi, Boragó, and Barrafina — opened TRESCHA in March 2023, in the Villa Crespo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. His cuisine, guided by Argentine products and research, challenges cultural and technical boundaries.

In a city shaped by immigration and diversity, TRESCHA seeks to express a contemporary vision of Argentine cuisine: an authorial cooking style that does not replicate traditional recipes but interprets local products through a personal lens. For Tomás, gastronomy is a way to understand the country’s cultural identity, and the restaurant is a space constantly searching for its own voice.

This work is partly supported by our Test Kitchen, a research and development space where techniques, fermentations, unexpected combinations, and new narratives for each dish are tested.

Within a few months of its opening, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, renewed in 2025, and included in The World's 50 Best Restaurants - Latin America selection. It also received the Young Chef Award and the Best Sommelier Award, both granted by the Michelin Guide, along with international recognition from the Best Chef Awards – World Class.

Reservations open three months in advance and are made exclusively through our website. The experience starts simultaneously for all diners; we ask for punctuality and allow up to 15 minutes of delay. Our bar opens at 6:00 pm for those who wish to arrive earlier.

We do not have a dress code, although tank tops and flip-flops are not allowed. It is also not an appropriate environment for children under 10 years old: we do not offer a children's menu, high chairs, or stroller space.

Cancellations made outside the indicated timeframe when confirming the reservation are non-refundable.
